1. Overview
Creative Convention (“we,” “our,” “us”) hosts virtual and in-person events, workshops, and case-study sessions. By registering for or attending any Creative Convention event or using our site, you agree to these Terms & Conditions, which govern participation, communications, content use, and data handling.
2. Registration and Eligibility
- Registration is personal and non-transferable.
- You must provide accurate contact details to receive updates and materials.
- Registration authorizes us to send event updates and newsletters from Creative Convention, Wellbizco Tech, and Awedacity Media. You may unsubscribe at any time using the link included in every email.
3. Event Content and Delivery
- Live Case Studies: Any case study performed live will be shared afterward as a downloadable document.
- Unfinished Case Studies: If a case study cannot be completed during the live session, it will be sent to registrants within fourteen (14) business days as a PDF document and an accompanying audio/voice note to the registrant’s email.
- Recordings and Materials: Access links to session recordings and resources will be emailed and remain available for seven (7) days after each session. After seven days, links expire and access ends.
- Schedule Changes: We may adjust speakers, times, or delivery format at our discretion.
4. Attendance and Bonuses
- We do not issue official certificates.
- Participants who attend all sessions, complete all required activities, and submit final reviews within seven (7) days after the last live session may receive bonus resources or exclusive offers (“Bonuses”).
- Bonuses are discretionary, non-cash, non-transferable, and may be time-limited.
5. Case Study Publication
By attending Creative Convention, you grant permission for your case study to be published publicly in anonymized form on our websites or partner platforms. Personally identifying details will be removed or edited prior to publication. For additional permissions or limitations, you may request our Case Study Release Form.
6. Participant Conduct
Attendees must maintain respectful, professional conduct toward facilitators and other participants. Harassment, hate speech, spam, or disruptive behavior may result in removal without refund.
7. Intellectual Property
- All content and materials (including slides, recordings, documents, and related works) are the intellectual property of Creative Convention, Wellbizco Tech, and Awedacity Media, or their respective licensors.
- You may not reproduce, redistribute, or resell materials without prior written consent. Limited personal use for study or internal reference is permitted.
8. Refund Policy
All payments and registrations are non-refundable, except in the case of complete event cancellation by Creative Convention. Rescheduling or speaker substitutions are not grounds for a refund.
9. Liability Disclaimer
Participation is voluntary; information provided is for educational purposes only.
We are not liable for technical interruptions beyond our control, or for loss of data, income, or opportunity resulting from reliance on event content.
10. Data Protection and Email Consent
- By registering, you consent to data processing in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
- We comply with the Nigeria Data Protection Regulation (NDPR) and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) as applicable.
- You may opt out of marketing at any time via the Unsubscribe link in each email. Emails are sent through GDPR-compliant service providers.
11. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Disputes shall be handled by competent courts within Nigeria.
